Pre-Order Payment: A pre-order for Casa Belenso requires an upfront payment of $100. This amount is non-refundable, except in conditions specified below.

Application of Pre-Order Amount: The $100 pre-order amount will be credited towards the final purchase price of your Casa Belenso structure.

Availability: Placing a pre-order does not guarantee the immediate availability of Casa Belenso. The delivery timeline will be confirmed once full payment is received.

Order Confirmation: Your order will only be confirmed upon payment of the full purchase price, at which point you'll receive a formal order confirmation.

Cancellation: Pre-orders may be canceled at any time, however, the pre-order payment is non-refundable unless Casa Belenso cannot fulfill your order.

Price Changes: Casa Belenso reserves the right to change the price of its structures. However, for confirmed pre-orders, the price at the time of pre-order will be honored.

Transferability: Pre-orders are not transferrable without the explicit consent of Casa Belenso.

Agreement to Terms: By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as any updates that Casa Belenso may make from time to time.
